Booking Your Appointment
Once you've read through the information on this page and you're ready to book, you'll click the blue button. This will take you to the online booking portal where you'll choose your date and time, book, and receive a confirmation email.
Client Intake Packet
With your booking confirmation, you'll be sent a client intake packet at the email address you used at booking. This packet requests information about your health history, preferences, and other details that affect your session.
You'll need to return the completed packet at least 24 hours before your visit to avoid the rescheduling of your appointment.
Your Visit
You may specify in your packet that you’d like a particular type of massage- therapeutic, spa, or specialty like lymphatic or post-surgery. With the info you’ve provided, along with a chat at the beginning of your appointment, your therapist will determine which type of massage will be best for you and create a treatment plan.
Once your therapist knows you feel good about the plan you’ve worked together to create, your transformative well-being journey will begin.
Cancellations | Late Arrivals
Your wellness is a priority, it is understood that life can be unpredictable at times, and it is also understood that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. However, it is kindly requested that you give at least 24 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee to compensate for your therapists' time.
Appointments not cancelled/rescheduled but not attended are considered 'no-shows' and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Cancellations/reschedules with less than 3 hours' notice are considered 'no-shows'.
If arriving late for an appointment, your session will be accommodated as best as possible but the full duration cannot be guaranteed. The full service fee will still be charged.
